Whimsly Willow will gladly accept your returns for exchange or credit within 14 days of purchase. If you are attempting to return or exchange your item after the 14 day period Whimsly Willow reserves to right to refuse your request to return, exchange or issue store credit. Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn). Our inventory is limited and the item request may not always be available in the size requested for the exchange, in the case that the item is not available in the size desired we may offer you to select another item equal in price or offer store credit for a future purchase. We do NOT offer refunds but instead we offer store credit or exchange for an item of the same value as the one originally purchased.



ALL orders will be processed within 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS (EXCLUDES HOLIDAYS). Once the order has been fulfilled please allow 5-10 Business days for your order to arrive.
If your package was lost or damaged, please contact us  so that we can investigate the delivery with the package carrier.
Lost or damaged packages must be reported to us within 24 hours of the carrier-reported delivery date. Unfortunately, package theft is increasingly common, and we are not responsible for items stolen from residences or businesses.
In the rare event that a package is lost, we will work with the shipping company to conduct a lost package search.
In most cases of damaged packages, we will need to inspect the damaged product before sending a replacement. In cases in which the shipping company confirms it damaged the package, a replacement can be sent once the carrier has taken possession of the damaged product.
Once an order is received it may not be canceled. We may offer a return or store credit in exchange of the total amount paid at checkout if the order has not been shipped out. If the order has shipped our customer would need to wait for the order to arrive and begin a return process.
